Wood smoked leg ham with rind removed, only in miniature size. A beautiful netted topside cut. It is wood smoked so it’s perfect for glazing. Applying the best pork cuts from the leg, hand sewn with rind off and wood smoked. Lightly brined for natural texture and flavour.
