Good smallgoods deserve to arrive in good shape. That's why every order goes out refrigerated, packed properly to keep it fresh from our smokehouse to your door.
Refrigerated shipping isn't cheap but we've built our pricing so the more you order, the more we cover.
Minimum order: $99
- $99–$149 → $19.95 refrigerated delivery
- $150–$199 → just $9.95 refrigerated delivery
- $200+ → delivery's on us, completely free

Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery to most major and regional cities in Australia. Pop your postcode in at checkout to see what's available to you.
When will my order arrive?
We ship on Tuesday to Friday and aim to get your order to you within 3 to 5 days (pending stock availability). We only send when we know it'll arrive cold and in good nick — so we avoid posting before weekends or public holidays where it'd sit in a depot.
How do you keep everything cold in transit?
We offer premium refrigerated shipping in cold-rated boxes built for the job. Your order's designed to stay safely chilled from our smokehouse to your door.
What if I'm not home when it arrives?
We recommend shipping to an address where someone can pop it straight in the fridge. If you've given authority to leave, the cold packaging will hold for a while but the sooner it's in the fridge, the better. If you're worried about your delivery sitting out, send it to your work or a neighbour who's home.
Do you offer click-and-collect or local pickup?
Yep, pick up from Uncle's Deli, 32 Gladstone Street, Dandenong.
Storage & Handling
How do I store my smallgoods when they arrive?
Straight in the fridge. Check each pack for its own storage instructions and use-by date.
Should I keep your products chilled or frozen?
As a rule: keep it chilled and eat it within the use-by date on the pack. Most of our range freezes well if you want to stretch it out. Make sure to wrap it properly, freeze before the use-by date. A couple of items are best fresh and not frozen, so check the pack.
Can I freeze it once it's been opened?
Best to freeze it before you open it, while it's still sealed. Once a pack's open, eat it within a few days. If you do freeze opened product, wrap it airtight and use it sooner rather than later.
How long will it keep once opened?
Generally 3–5 days in the fridge once opened, but always go by the pack.
